"We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work. "The staff is amazing from the front desk to the house keeping to the lifeguards at the pool. The hospitality was fantastic. So many things to do on the property from their game room to the restaurants and little boutique for shopping. This property really has it all. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk from the shops. It’s a great family friendly hotel"
