"Loved our stay at Mark’s Place. If you want to experience life in Moorea like the locals then Mark’s the place. Homes are Tahitian styled and built by Mark. Yes there’s the chickens and dogs so expect to wake up around 4-5 am like the locals. FYI there’s no AC but ceiling fan and portable fan makes it comfortable. "The resort is fantastic with great facilities and the activities staff are amazing. It is an 8 minute drive to the airport and 15 mins to the sity so very easy to get to and from where you need to go and a much nicer environment that staying in the city. "We had a good time at the property. Spent most of our time on excursions, food and beverage was expensive as is throughout French Polynesia. Their mixed drinks were very questionable and very expensive. I’m sure they did not know how to actually make them."
