"Overall for the price its okay, you get what you pay for. It was a good Experience. My only downfall is I didnt have hot water for about 2 days, I also had roaches in the room. "I really enjoyed my stay here at emotions. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean! Food was pretty standard but overall expected due to it being “resort food”. I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again! "

"The staff were friendly and nice. The challenge was not being fluent in Spanish. The hot tubs and jacuzzi's throughout the property did not seem to want to get warm or have bubbles and I honestly couldn't get the staff to understand what I was looking for, or how to make it work. "
