The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had great charisma and energy. The weather was on our side, with sunny days throughout our stay. The food at the Blue Lagoon restaurant was delicious . we absolutely loved it. The entire resort staff is humble, respectful, and very kind. Recommendations: • I didn’t really like the “guagua” shuttle; I think a large golf cart would look better and feel more comfortable. • At the bars, drinks were often served in plastic cups, which takes away from the presentation. However, at the beach they used nicer cups, and we were able to take great photos there.

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.

Accommodation was run down, rooms, very few restaurants to pick from, even one was shut down for the season, weird (if you were VIP and owned the $250,000 villas you got 20 or more restaurants to use), nothing left in fridge daily and no one will bring any only water. Rooms were kept very clean. waiting for a ride to the pools and to get meals was unreal, had to wait minimum 15 minutes and up to an hour, they rides were always at the VIP areas. workers at the swim up and meal places were the best, happy, always filling up your drink, if you didn't see something you wanted, they would go and see if they could find it for you. beach was small and very dirty, had lots of garbage that was never cleaned. we took photos of all the resort. Airconditioning went 3 times where we were there and the power also went a few times, even while we were at a restaurant. swim up pools were dirty with tree branches and leaves in them for days. Weekends were the worst for transportation/shuttles, over an hour to wait, we could have walked if we didn't have a senior with us who just had hip surgery. way to many stairs for someone with a disability. The roof palms needed repair, half the roofs had no coverage. Garbage was under balconys with mold growing on the underside, they were painting to cover it up

Shuttle should come constant, more than every 20min. Carts should be available to rent for all visitors, Good food and nice staff, the language barrier was a major issue.

The property is huge combined 5 resorts together lots of walking , the risen I am giving 3 is because I got food poisoning and still recovering from it, the staff is amazing, they try their best with the training they got a big give up to VIP beach crew special Segundo ,food was ok but poorly kept and that’s why I got seek , they say you get what you pay and that’s what happened.

The grounds are beautiful, the restaurants and staff were excellent. We paid for WiFi for three phones and had no WiFi. They did give us a refund . I had an amazing massage with Paula and when I went to the steam room it was absolutely filthy and so were the showers. Now restaurants, overall staff and housekeeping were wonderful. I was very unhappy with the beach at this location. The sand was not clean and it was super rocky . I was glad that the area by the beach h had jacuzzis.

We had a beautiful renovated room, very spacious, double sinks and a huge balcony. The a la carts were all delicious, loved the Italian but all were good. The staff are so nice everywhere you go, can't ask for better service. There are 13 pools to choose from, all have bar service, the spa pool is quiet and lovely. We will be going back! We had a great time. It is a huge resort and a lot of walking but shuttles are available and take you where to you need to go. The resort is very safe, the casino is fun at night and open until 2. Most bars close at 11 or 12. You can't go wrong with this resort.

First stay at this location and first at "Lifestyle" properties. This was an outstanding place to stay, wife and me. Is a gated community with private home villas, rooms, suites, many pools, bars, casino, and stadium that has daily night shows (not great). The staff was overall very friendly and courteous. The only downside is that you have to catch transportation, free shuttle, to get to the different places within this huge facility. The beach area is very rocky. We stayed 1-3 April 20225, and the sea was very rough with high waves, maybe due to the time of year. The suites, are awesome, super big, clean and A/C extremely cold. The bars are kind of poor on drink selection but they do try to accommodate all the orders. In short, we wills stay again and I recommend this stay.

The hotel was super nice and spacious the staff were very friendly, from bell hop to front desk, room service, food everything was exceptional. The only downside was the member service, to become a member $20 thousand dollars it doesn’t even happen in the USA. Also, no coffee /expresso bar/stand inside the hotel, where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. I would definitely recommend this property again. Really loved it. Five star
