"It a nice hotel and located in a quiet area of London. The hotel is very clean. The only concerns I have about the hotel is that they have limited food options for breakfast. When we checked in only one lift was working and when we wanted to check out the next day non of the lift was working we had to climb the stairs with our baby however. the hotel staff helped to carry our baby stroller and bag using their service lift."

"We spent one night here as we were visiting family in the area. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated/ furnished. The price we paid was very competitive for such a lovely hotel and on top of this, we enjoyed a hearty cooked breakfast, and a swim in the indoor pool, all of which was included in the overall price. "Our check in was a little bumpy as the instructions on how to find our room were vague but we eventually got into our room. It was average. Typical hotel room with a bed, seat and desk. It was fine for our purposes. The bed itself was a bit uncomfortable, but again it was fine for our stop. "
