"We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!! "

There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these. "

"Nice overall, plenty of options for getting food & drinks, friendly service. Some things ready for repair, like the main lobby staircase. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens. The idea of going to a breakfast for a "talk" would have been better understood if they said "sales presentation" at the begining."
