I liked the attention to details. They made our vacation unforgettable. Our butler Mariano did an excellent job from welcoming us until departure. Henwas there to take care of oue needs.Thè Resort is beautiful and super clean. It has many wonderful restaurants and bars. They have activities everyday. Orlando and Josefa were the ones that gave us dancing lessons and yoga classes. We highly recommend this place.

This has been by far the best in customer service, ever anywhere! tourism for them is no. 1 and it shows. Food was good, buffet had it all, entertainment wasn't that great they had a disco night that we could not understand a word they were singing. If you’re doing a show learn the words. Other than that AMAZING we will be back!

This property is amazing. The place is super clean and very organized. I was very happy with the staff . Mariano was our butler. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Orlando and Josefa kept us entertained from dancing to activities on the beach. I will highly recomend this place.

the staff was excellent. everyone there went out of there way to show gratitude to all guests. i found that impressive. by the end of the week it was like saying goodbye to family. i would like to say that our butler, Shadai, is where it all got started with his warm smile and considerate nature. his friendly nature just flowed throughout the entire staff
