"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...

"the Hotel is clean and the rooms are very functional for business. the safe did not work. the Hotel is held by a family and late checking after 11 pm is "complicated" the 19 Euro breakfast is not worth the money. Unfortunately there is currently a lot of building work on the road just in front of the Hotel but it didn't stop me sleeping."

The beds were comfortable even if the furniture was outdated, it gave the you an old European feel. You can walk to many restaurants and lots of tourist attractions. It felt save even late at night. But really the best thing is the staff! I'd like to give a shout out to the young Croatian doorman. "
