"Have stayed 3/4 times always enjoy the stay. A bit quirky in a good way and comfortable. Can feel a bit impersonal with self check in/out but staff always helpful if required. Great breakfast and bar area. Very convenient for central Vienna, walking and transport."

"This staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very helpful. The room had a great view. The beds were comfortable even if the furniture was outdated, it gave the you an old European feel. You can walk to many restaurants and lots of tourist attractions. It felt save even late at night. But really the best thing is the staff! I'd like to give a shout out to the young Croatian doorman. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the inner city district which can easily be reached by walking. The underground and tram stops are outside the hotel which makes connecting with the rest of the city very easy. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They happily answered any questions and booked tickets if required. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, especially the cooked to order egg dishes. The complimentary cake and coffee in the afternoon...
