"Fantastic time at Bologna and staying at Al Tortellino - couldn't have asked for anything better. Location was great a 5min bus ride (number 39) into the centre of Bologna - bus stop just outside the apartment. Great welcome from the hosts even though we were delayed by over 9 hours. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and every last detail was thought of even to the point there was a WiFi printer to print off tickets, boarding passes etc - thought this was great touch. Looking forward to...

"I tried for a week to cancel and kept being told by hotels,com their system was down. I booked this hotel because it said it offered hotel pick-up . When I contacted them on your message boards they said they did for 100 euros. Eventually when I spoke to hotels.com they chose to believe the hotel when they said I was lying even though the conversation was on the hotels. Com message board . "
