"Celebrating our silver wedding anniversary, I chose the Pand Hotel as a surprise for my better half. From time of booking to check-out they couldn't have been more helpful. We upgraded to the Master Suite (well worth it) and they dealt with everything quickly and with no fuss - recommending and booking tables at restaurants, to arranging champagne and flowers in the room If driving, recommend booking a parking space - secure and right next door. Didn't get to try their breakfasts, but reliably...

Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor with windows right onto the road, and trucks going by throughout the night kept waking us up. "The hotel was perfectly located to walk everywhere around the city. What was disappointing was the front desk staff (except Fatina, she was fabulous, cheerful and welcoming) and their lack of offering 'need to know information' to visitors who where unfamiliar with little things that turned out to be huge; such as needing to order a taxi the night before. We almost missed our train because we did not know, even after letting the front desk attendant know our plans for checking out the day...

"The location of the hotel was super good. Onsite parking was sufficient, although a lit bit thight. It cost 10 euro's, but you can come/leave whenever you want. Staff was very friendly and helpful/ The room wasn't big but we got a corner room with lots of light. The hotel temperature was a little bit too warm for us. But maybe because of the many elderly guests. We had to open a small window to make it cooler. We did experience some noise during the night. Not sure if this was from other hotel...
