Dear Cheryl,Firstly, we apologize for what happened, especially the fabric. You have already booked a family room that can only accommodate 4 people. There are only 4 sets of clothes in the room. When you have a fifth person If you want to add towels and handkerchiefs, you will need to pay the additional fee specified by the hotel. Other feedback will be considered and used.
