โรงแรมที่ดูใหม่ ขนาดห้องพอเหมาะ สะอาด การให้บริการที่ดี อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย สระว่ายน้ำขนาดเล็ก บริเวณใกล้ๆมี 7 Eleven และ Max Value เดินไม่ไกล ระยะห่างจากโรงแรมกับรถไฟฟ้า BTS ประมาณ ๔๐๐ เมตร ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ ๑๐ นาที โดยรวมๆถือว่าโอเค

ที่พักค่อนข้างไกลจากรถไฟฟ้า
ค่อนข้างไกลจากรถไฟฟ้า เข้าซอยต่อมาอีกนิดนึง ช่วงนี้ รร มีก่อสร้างจะมีเสียงดังตลอดเวลาตั้งแต่เช้าจนเย็น ไฟในห้องไม่ค่อยสว่างโดนเฉพาะในห้องน้ำมีไฟแค่ดวงเดียวตรงหน้าอ่างล้างหน้า ในห้องอาบน้ำที่เป็นกระจกกั้นไม่มีไฟ และไฟสว่างไม่พอ ไฟในห้องน้ำควรสว่างมากกว่านี้ ในห้องมีไมโครเวฟแต่ไม่มีถ้วยจานชามให้ทำให้ไม่มีประโยชน์เท่าไหร่ ยานกระจกที่ตู้เสื้อผ้าอยู่ตรงหัวนอนพอดี ปิดไฟแล้วหันไปมองกระจกแอบหน้ากลัวคือเห็นเงาตัวเองมืดๆ ถึงเลื่อนไปก็เห็นเงาตัวเองดำๆอยู่ดี สระว่ายน้ำเล็กมาก ถ้าเล็กขนาดนีควรทำเป็นอ่างน้ำจากุซซี่น่าจะดีกว่า

Wifi ช้าและเล่นไม่ได้ในวันแรกที่มาพัก วันแรกที่มาถึงก่อนเวลาการเข้าเช็คอินเลยเพิ่มเงินสำหรับขอเช็คอินก่อนจำนวน600โทรมาแจ้งทางโรงแรมก่อนมาถึงแต่มาถึงต้องรอนานมากกว่าจะได้เข้าพักคาดว่าทางโรงแรมคงยังไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องพักและรีบทำความสะอาดเพราะในห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับและพบเศษผมหลายเส้นบนเตียงและหมอน:-( นอกจากนั้นตอนออกขอฝากกระเป๋ากับทางโรงแรมสัก3ชมแต่พนักงานไม่แนะนำและไม่ค่อยจะเต็มใจบริการต้องถามหาป้ายเขียนชื่อและถามว่าสามารถวางกระเป๋าตรงไหนค่ะเข้าพัก4คืนไม่ประทับใจกับโรงแรมค่ะ:-(

ราาคาดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า
เป็นโรงแรมที่ค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องสะอาด ฟังค์ชั่นของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างดี การเดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวกเนื่องจากใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า อาหารเช้ารสชาติพอใช้ได้ เทียบกับราคาห้องพักที่ไม่แพงมาก ยังพอหาอาหารทานในบริเวณใกล้เคียงได้อีกด้วย แต่ช่วงที่เข้าพัก โรงแรมประกาศว่าปรับปรุงสระว่ายน้ำ จึงแนะนำให้มีการอัพเดทข้อมูลกับทาง expedia ด้วย เนื่องจากลูกค้าที่จองเนื่องจากต้องการใช้บริการสระ อาจรู้สึกผิดหวัง ข้อติงหลักส่วนตัวอย่างนึงคือห้องค่อนข้างมืด และลักษณะการติดตั้งไฟในห้องเหมือนต้องการให้ลูกค้าได้พักผ่อนในตอนกลางคืน แต่ถ้าอยู่ห้องตอนกลางวันจะรู้สึกมืดๆ ทึมๆ ลูกค้าที่มาพักเนื่องจากมาทำงานอาจจะอึดอัดกับเรื่องแสงสว่างในห้อง (ฝั่งที่เข้าพักนะคะ ห้องอีกฝั่งด้านหน้ารร เห็นสว่างกว่ามาก) โรงแรมติดรั้วโรงเรียนนานาชาติ จะได้ยินเสียงออดเข้าเรียนจากห้องพักเป็นระยะๆ

晚班櫃檯看到我們有帶小孩，因此幫我們升等。這樣的價格能夠住這樣的價格，其實很棒了。而且還有免費附嬰兒床！地板也是木地板。非常推薦。 若要挑毛病就是沙發有多處明顯污漬、隔壁開關門很大聲都聽得到、毛巾有些老舊。

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner très souvent dans cet hôtel mais j'ai été déçue de la propreté. En revanche, le personnel a été très réactif pour me changer de chambre et a un fait un geste commercial avec les petits déjeuners car j'ai demandé une chambre plus petite pour qu'elle soit plus propre. Je recommande tout même cet hôtel pour le personnel très poli et gentil.

The staff were really polite and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean, and the beds were amongst the most comfortable I’ve been in in a hotel in a long time. Lots of convenient touches like vanity mirrors, smart TV, and USB charging ports in the nightstands. Location is ok, close to the SkyTrain and lots of stores and restaurants around, but far from any touristy things.

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner très régulièrement dans cet hôtel, 2 à 3 fois par an 10 à 15 jours par séjour donc vraiment une très bonne cliente il me semble. J'aurais mis 5 si je n'avais pas eu d'incident avec le frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas même si l'équipe a été très réactive et l'a changé par un plus grand, malheureusement mes denrées alimentaires ont été abîmé çar à chaque fois sur je sortais de la chambre le frigo s'éteignait du coup je perdais toutes mes courses. J'aurais apprécié un geste commercial. Sinon, je n'ai rien a redire. J'apprécie toute l'équipe !

Rm 702 = same showerdoor entry problem, as Rm 402
visited bkk & stayed here, many times this year & historically. Rm 702 has a better toilet-bowl placement, than Rm 402. However, both Rm 702 suffers from the SAME glass showerdoor -entry& -exit, with a small than average entrance. If you was a person of larger diminsions, you would suffer here. Once again, problem can be resolved , by RAISING the glass shelving by OVER 15cm !! Otherwise... staff, service, location & amenities are all excellent. Not many faults, but these can be resolved quickly...! Good luck, Hotel Amber !

Shower cubicle could have bigger entrance
visited bkk & stayed at Hotel Amber many times.. room upgraded to suite 402. spacious & clean as always. Only 2 problems: location of toilet-bowl , too close to hand basin (due to plumbing) & the entrance to shower cubicle for a large-person is a “tight-squeeze”. If glass shelving was raised by 15cm, problem would be solved. Otherwise location to train, shops, restaurants & downtown is perfect.

Hotel was clean and staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Walking distance to many different restaurants. Also very close to a mall with many different food options. Hotel is on a side street near the main road so while convenient the area was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal and a great price.
