"The staff were very friendly, but they do not display the level of service in the restaurant we are accustomed to. For example, they did not clear away dirty dishes during meals & never asked if we wanted anything else. The buffets had limited options & empty dishes were not filled again."

"I would rate this hotel 5stars except the bathroom situation. I personally prefer to have the bathroom sink i side of the bathroom rather than outside. (Wash hands first after using the bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was great, staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I would stay here again. "

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "

"LJ and the other front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that we made our van connection for a tour when things got communications with the trip director got complicated. With an early morning departure for the airport, they packed us a breakfast for the road. Loved the in-hotel restaurant and bar. Would definitely stay here again. "

" Hotel is going under renovation, i can understand the current appearance of certain parts of the hotel. My room i assume was next. The aircon wouldn't really get cold in the room. My friends in a different room had to wear a sweater because their aircon worked really good. I didn't use the tv. From 200 channels, you received 20-25 channels. "Hôtel sympa, belle chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Piscine agréable mais l eau était quand même trouble… petit déjeuner vraiment basic. "The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Very comfortable stay for the night. I have stayed here once before and both times now it was a pleasant stay. Room is always clean, bathroom shower is always hot with good pressure, bed is comfortable..just a really nice little hotel. The lobby has a Cafe in it. Their customer service is excellent and the food is very good for a quick bite. They will bring you the food to your room too which was a nice plus. Thank you all for what you do!"
