"I would give it 100 stars if i could! This hands-down has been the best hotel i've stayed in so far. The experience was truly world class and the rooms were pristine and spotless. You would taste the true sense of hospitality once you enter their property all the way from their front desk staff till the staff who do room service. They were accommodative with all my requests, helped me tour the property and additionally helped me with late-checkout, complimentary cake for our anniversary etc....

"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."
