"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly.
