"Cute property in the heart of a residential area walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Conveniently close to the Vatican. Enjoyed the delicious complementary wine on arrival and olive oil upon departure. Our only knock was the on-premise laundry facilities. The washer/dryer machine combo wouldn't properly dry out clothes regardless of the load size."

"This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25...

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "
