"Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. "A very pleasing alternative to a hotel room. My apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly situated for my visit. Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port. "A very roomy and comfortable flat in the city centre, with full kitchen and fridge and even a small breakfast selection. Highly recommended, I stay there whenever I can. The house does not have an elevator so be aware if you struggle with stairs. It can be noisy on the street until late but this has not bothered me. "

"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. "

"The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite.
