"Jane was an amazing hostess! The night we arrived, she prepared us tea and delicious strawberry crumpets, it was a lovely gesture after the journey getting to her lovely house. Her breakfasts were wonderful and she was very helpful in helping us decide which hikes/walks to do while on Skye. I cannot recommend this place enough - room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom too. "Janet & Stuart couldn’t have been better hosts. Our room was crisply clean with an oh, so comfy bed and a view of the sea. Janet had freshly baked breads and cookies waiting for us. There was a comfy living room with espresso machine, drink glasses, etc at the ready for guests. The breakfast room was perfect. Stuart served us individually prepared breakfast from a generous menu. "Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The lovely Maryanne and the mischievous Angus were perfect hosts. The room has an amazing view, the bed, bathroom and everything was 'just so.' we had a great night sleep and then to top it off, the best breakfast. Thanks Maryanne! "I loved the boathouse...it was a beautifully rural location...it is next to a working boat yard...but it wasnt noisy..water has such a calming effect..the stay relaxed us so much...its a perfect stay if you want to switch off from the world for a little bit...i would definitely go back again.. Its cosy and snug...with everything you might need ..take a book and relax "
