"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. Tracy was warm and engaging and made us feel very welcome. Overall fantastic experience! Note that we booked through Expedia and some of the details/price were incorrectly listed. "We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!"

"It’s easy to self check in. Sam left goodies in the room for a nice continental breakfast. We had a fridge in the room so it was easy to pick up some yogurt etc for an easy breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Slightly outside Portree so you need a car but parking is included and you would need a car in this area anyway. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic host. Lots of helpful info for dining options and how things work on Skye. Great literature for hikes, maps, etc. ice, mini fridge, microwave and utensils in case you buy takeout. Great conversation with the owner and others at breakfast (which had a huge variety of options) about what else to see in Scotland. On site parking. Definitely would stay again. "

"This property is still a work in progress. The cabins were wonderful and the view is amazing. The staff was friendly, but not overly attentive or helpful. The parking lot is a mess and my car wheel was nearly stuck in the ricks twice. "

"Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, wenn man zwei große Koffer dabei hat. Das ist aber der einzige "Kritikpunkt". Alles war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück super lecker und frisch! Ausblick von der eigenen kleinen Terasse am Zimmer Wahnsinn!"

"The hotel was so cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and great beds and chairs in the rooms. Everything was spotless. The staff were really accommodating despite all of our off the wall requests. So much care is put into the food, it would fit in easily with any upscale New York City cafe. "

"We enjoyed the nature around the property. Rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were also terrific. I would have liked to see a safe in the room. For us, the pillows were hard, perhaps some less firm pillows? Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend! "
