"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "

"Super mooie plek. Super lief en vriendelijk personeel! Game drive geboekt vanuit het hotel naar Nakuru National park. De gids had veel ervaring. Ideaal hotel voor reizen met baby van 1,5 jaar. Het eten was echt fantastisch. Zeer vriendelijke kok die van voetbal houd. Goed hotel om van je telefoonverslaving af te komen. Nadelen: Er is niks in de direct omgeving om te lopen. "

"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! "Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere.
