"Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. "Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. "Very good. Many positives. Not cheap but worth the extra $ to have a beach view room imo. Nice people running and operating it. all very friendly and relaxed. The biggest and easiest improvement would be to upgrade breakfast. It's a very basic continental and could be so much better with some small improvements. The office closes early as well and whilst you have the owner's number if you need anything you tend not to want to disturb him (or at least I didnt) for general info etc."

"What a fabulous place to stay; the most charming hosts in such a peaceful location. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, ADULTS ONLY, in the most beautiful position. We were three metres from the pool and 15 metres from the sea, with uninterrupted views, except for the coconut palms. I cannot recommend it enough, if you want to avoid the resort life and just relax this is the place."

"The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. "

"My family stayed here for a week and we couldn't be more impressed by our host Paul and his fabulous seaside apartments. The guests ranged from single travellers, couples to families, and The Black Pearl was perfect for all. "Absolutely loved our stay at The Sanctuary. We were a bit worried as we’d seen some bad reviews for this place but it must have had an overhaul because it was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with everything working and everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and private. The private beach is great for snorkelling. They have so many activities happening and kayaks/snorkelling gear to use. The pool was awesome especially the swim up bar. Cocktails were yummy....
