The room was clean staff lovely and the swimming pool with spa pools was so nice l loved how its so close to town supermarket restaurants airport quiet at night as its away from the busy roads lots of roosters crowing in the area which gives it a country touch it had everything in our villa microwave stove oven Dishwasher washing machine and drier and we used the outdoor Weber BBQ we will stay again if we ever go to Rarotonga again

Service of all the staff was excellent and the communications Sane provides was very frequent but useful. Only downside for me was that it you're staying in the ground level villa, you can hear all noises in the villa above you. Though there is a notice to all guests to respectfully keep noise level down after 9pm or 10pm, I unfortunately couldn't sleep well due to hearing stomping footsteps as well as washing machine sounds well past 1am for 2 out of the 3 nights of my stay. Another thing is that I was not used to the outdoor style bathroom. But, emphasizing that the above comments are personal preference - overall I did enjoy my short stay and found the location convenient.

The room was lovely, the beds were so soft and comfortable. There is a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer/drying rack which were very helpful. The pool area is nice an relaxing. The site is about 15-20 min from the bus if you don't have a car, the walk is comfortable if you like walking (bring a small torch if walking at night on the road) If you have a car, there is plenty of parking and its a great location to explore the island and local town.

An unforgettable week in paradise! Kia Orana Resort and Spa exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and traditional hospitality, making us feel like family instantly. Our garden villa was pristine, and spacious with a lovely outdoor shower and soaking tub. The housekeeping team kept the room orderly with daily tidy-up service. The spa is a sanctuary of absolute tranquility; the deep tissue / hot stone massage I received was arguably one of the early highlights of the trip. The pool was in the midst of a renovation and being that it was winter we did not partake. Daily morning continental breakfast and coffee was a nice treat. Thank you to our lovely host Sane and the entire team at Kia Orana for an incredible, stress-free week of pure relaxation. We will be back!

Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.

Here for a week with my 2 daughters and grandson, we had a 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and well presented both inside and out, well equiped kitchen ( if you wanted to cook) Amazinglycomfortable beds and the pool was directly outside our villa. Sane and her team made staying here so easy. My daughter loved the local cat smoocher who always came for a visit a breakfast time. The bed was the perfect with a soft topper on. The general up keep of the property beautiful. It's easy to see the staff take pride in caring for the promises. A great stay close to the shops etc. Breakfast was great and also provided my much loved Cook Islands donuts. Thanks you for making our stay so easy kia manuia Lisa and Stevie ❤️🙌
