"We absolutely LOVED out stay at the Sea Gate Hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and it was so pleasant! The grounds of this family founded and operated boutique hotel are full of beautiful gardens and a nice little dipping pool and a sun deck. There are roosters near the horses nearby. "Location is very convenient. Close to the only bakery in the island. The room was clean the only two things that were a little bit of an issue was the access to the employees before 10am and the tiny space where the toilet is. I am a 5’8/145lbs female and it was very complicated for me. Can’t imagine the trouble for a taller or bigger person. "

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"The inn owners, Suzann and Tyler, are amazing people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed my chats with them and their love of Vieques and what they do is quite contagious!
