"Wat een heerlijk resort! Alles klopt. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd vriendelijk groeten en helpen. Alles zit erbij, tot aan je vaatwassertabletten en koffiecups aan toe. Heerlijk terras met ligstoelen, loungeset en eettafel. Twee heerlijke gedeelde zwembaden. Eentje bij de bar en de andere wat rustiger. Je betaalt wat, maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Aanrader."

"Very nice apartment, but one day suddenly the water turned off for 15 minutes and nobody told us. The apartment was clean but some corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Toiletpaper was never refilled. We've booked breakfast, that was very good with some special offerings like Spanish Breakfast. A lot of families were in the breakfast room, so it was quite loud. The pools were very nice and heated."

"From the moment we checked in we knew it was going to be a great hotel, we had a studio apartment which was very spacious full kitchen with oven, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, filtered tap for water, bathroom was a good size huge terrace with sun loungers ,iron and ironing board, free safe free wifi and free air con pool area was fantastic with a lovely swim up bar, "

"Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again."

"The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. "

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. "Très bon séjour Le personnel à l'accueil est réellement très sympa et réactif. Séjour d'une semaine en famille, couple avec deux enfants. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner avec une personne peu agréable et psychorigide sur les menus, impossible de remplacer un smoothie par un café par exemple... "The dinner and facilities are great, some staff were not that friendly. There’s a vibration noise in our room at midnight and they were able to accommodate and offer us a new room. There’s not really places to refill water bottles as well."
