Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are. Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price

Wonderful stay at El Marques Palace - clean, friendly, comfortable. Lovely pool area, quiet, and easy walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. Plenty to do in the local area (would recommend Twizi Tours!)

Good value and heated pool a bonus

Great hotel with all your needs. Best thing is the heated pool. Friendly staff. Hotel probably needs an upgrade but that won’t deter us returning, Location ok although on a busy roundabout.

Elmarques palace

We always stay there twice a year Staff are lovely nothing is no trouble if you need help. Cleaner's come in every other daya d they are very pleasant

Well placed within the area, Lidl over the road and restaurants within easy walking distance. On the poor side there is no wi-fi in the rooms, and our patio only got the sun between 3.15pm and 6.15pm

We recently stayed 3 weeks at El Marques Palace in a 1 bedroom sea view unit. Everything was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Front desk staff were always helpful and even gave us more clothes hangers when we asked. While the terrain is hilly, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. The pool bar also had excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend.

Another great two weeks

We have stayed in El Marques Palace many times (usually at least twice a year) The location is perfect for us at the top of the hill as the restuarants and bars we use are also at the top of the hill. All staff are very helpfull and polite. It may be time for the appartements to be freshened up and bathrooms fittings could do with being replaced. However we will be back next year.

The property is dated and could do with a refurb. It is not as clean as when we stayed a few years ago. The staff are great and very helpful. Was weary of the pool as we saw black around the bottom of the pool ,so we did not use it. Very quiet around the resort ok for us as we were just looking to recharge.

The aparthotel is in a great location many restaurants the marina and beach all in walking distance. The pool is heated which was fantastic. The 2 bed apartments are a good size with 2 bathrooms. Cleaned every second day. No pool towels provided but we used the apartment ones and kept them when clean ones were provided. Lidl is across the road and many other shops in walking distance. My son was disappointed that the gym wasn’t open despite it being advertised. Late checkout accommodated for €10 per hour. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Staff was friendly and helpful at the reception. Breakfast was not worth the price, it was very precise what belonged to the breakfast for example had to choose between juice and coffee and couldn't get butter for bread if it wasn't in the menu for that specific dish and when asked if the breakfast eggs could be done fully cooked instead of medium which they usually were, it was responded that it would cost extra. It was mentioned in the booking site that sports center would be included in the accommodation but however when asked from reception, there were no sports center. Sofa-bed in the room was not long enough for adult and uncomfortable to sleep. Location was calm and nice and the transport connections were nice and car could easily be parked nearby.
