"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early. Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and moved us to another room immediately. Great service"

"Overall a good stay. Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. "Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti per festeggiare il nostro anniversario in anticipo. Il personale è gentile e professionale, ci hanno trattato con molto riguardo facendoci sentire coccolati. La struttura è bellissima, soprattutto il giardino e la terrace. "No real issues with the Hotel, it's a little dated in places, but comfortable and the breakfast was good. The view from the Bistro / Bar is amazing. Our room (220) suffered a little from road noise but was otherwise fine. The curtains definitely need to go back to the eighties though!"
