"Great location for Fowey. close to town, beach, ferry and walks. Quality hotel, bedroom well appointed, great mattress, pillows. Very helpful staff. Continental breakfast okay but i felt it wrong that hot food was an extra cost bearing in mind the cost of rooms. Even a cappuccino was an extra at breakfast. Really?? "The central hotel is a beautiful victorian mansion house. With palacial foyer and opulent dining area and bar. Views across surrounding countryside and out to sea spectacular. We were staying in one of the chalets which have a high standard of decor and comfort, each chalet is surrounded by a large garden and hence has a great deal of privacy. P.S. don't forget to say hello to the tortoise. "

"Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt - schönes Zimmer (leider ohne Sitzmöglichkeit auf Balkon), sauber und nettes Personal. Preis trotzdem etwas teuer, für das Geld haben wir schon in anspruchsvolleren Hotels geschlafen. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert - Fowey ist ein toller Ort und eine gute Base für tolle Ausflüge. "

"The Deganwy was a beautiful,pleasant place to stay. Donna,son and dog we're really lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding and worth much more than Donna changes. We are from Leeds in Yorkshire. And will be greatly looking forward to spending time with Deganwy in 2025"
