Hotelli oli hieman vanhan oloinen sisältä mutta se oli omasta mielestä vaan hyvä asia ja lisäsi paikan omanlaistaan tunnelmaa, Hotellin kiinnostavan historian 80-90 -luvuilta pystyi yhä aistimaan. Auton sai helposti parkkiin ja vanhaankaupunkiin pääsi kävelemällä tai raitiovaunulla. aamupala oli ihan riittävä. Huone oli siisti. Myös uima-allas ja kuntosali olisi ollut käytettävissä."

"Stay was absolutely brilliant. Loved the hotel and the city. Our room got upgraded and the room we had was massive. Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. "The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good every day. "Hotel is very good and staff is nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from old town and attractions. No Uber service here so you have to rely on taxi or public transportation (there’s a tram #3 going to the old town). Also there’s road construction around the hotel right now so it’s very dusty to walk to the Tram station."
