"This was a short stay in paradise , the property was stunning and the indoor/ outdoor was heaven . The staff are all amazing and helpful , the property was clean and comfortable . One thing I would say is that you cannot cook in the kitchen as it only has one induction pan and no cooking utensils at all The location is not near bars or restaurants and so a taxi is required most of the time , but this is not a big problem as the beautiful accomodation is worth it ! "

"Amazing villa tucked away in the heart of Seminyak! We were able to walk everywhere we needed for the week we stayed here. The private pool had plenty of use every day as well and you could easily spend most of the day relaxing at the villa. The staff are super friendly and were able to help with any questions we might have as well as cleaning our villa daily back to the state of when we first arrived. If you are looking for early nights on a Saturday then I will give a heads up that a big night...

"The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry...

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
