not flexible for late check out not even for an hour even if hotel is not fully book. overall facilities is quite old and pool is small so it's always crowded.. breakfast is average, need a cab to go everywhere as beach is quite a distance and shuttle bus is infrequent and limited time. Will book because need a large managed apartment hotel otherwise lots of other options.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay Every member of staff was accommodating and friendly The rooms were spacious although pillow options could have been better The pool area / kids club / dining room all magnificent The in hotel prices were fair and food options and drinks were great Even though the resort on a main road traffic noise in the hotel was minimal A quieter area than others fantastic for families

Very nice for families

Very nice family hotel. The kids could spend all the day on the pool. The rooms are very spacious although basic furnishings. The best parties the staff that is very polite and friendly.

Excellent facility, service and food. Great kids area and excellent kids club. Kids loved the waterslide, playing soccer with staff, and the magician. Spent a whole day at the pool and they were never bored. Be mindful of the long walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a courtesy bus but it was not in the timeframe that suited us. Room was stunning.

Still Fantastic

This was our fourth visit to the plaza suites, and were a little u sure of how things would be after Covid, but it was all amazing. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious apartments. Amazi g, friendly staff. This was our third hotel in our trip to Bali, and everything about Plaza suites was the best. Great breakfast. Don't let the location put you off staying there, the back gate through to the main street is a gorgeous stroll.

Spacious and clean the access door at the rear is great but it does close at 6pm, which means a hair raising walk along the busiest road in Sanur to get back. Maybe change the gate to electronic key card access?

Great hotel but gate hours need to stay open

The rooms very spacious, and clean. Breakfast was not included but we had a lot of restaurants close but you needed to go down a back road which was safe, the only thing is the back gate to go through closes at 9pm which is so ridiculous. You would have to get a taxi back to hotel which is on a main highway. Otherwise can not complain about hotel at all. Great for kids. 2 pools plus kids pool has a big water slide tube adults can use also.

This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. But this is personal opinion. We will definitely stay again.

We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again.

We thought we would try prime Plaza after multiple previous stays at dynasty resort and it was great value for money! Be aware the the kids club is not a fully supervised kids club, it is more of a kids play area they can go to. Additionally, the mozzies in the room were some of the worst I have ever seen across many trips to Bali. We had to wear mozzie repellent to bed. I wouldn't not go because of it, (it's Bali, mozzies are just part of the process) but definitely bring some plug in mozzy repellents because the hotel didn't provide any and the only option was to bomb the room with insect spray which made the room stink.

This property puts me in mind of Brits in Benidorm only it’s Ozzies in Bali. Drinking and eating as much as they can, whilst making as much noise as they can. Check in was friendly and efficient, that’s where efficiency ended. After our first night of three we requested to change room (1204) Due to the lights in the corridor being on all night and lighting up the bedroom as well as the outside generator going on and off throughout the night. We changed rooms, check in staff said our bags would be brought to our room, over 2 hours and a phone call later we went and collected them ourselves, though the bell boy was still in reception. Breakfast buffet is a highlight, plentiful amount on offer Location is in walkable distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but there is a shuttle bus for those who are put off by walking. We had a one bed suite which was well equipped but severely lacked natural light as there was no external windows - so didn’ don’t expect any dirty of view

The good - 3 room suite perfect for a family of 5, staff were super friendly. Pool side was relaxing and kids did enjoy the camp splash, the food was good but limited breakfast. We had a fantastic week staying at Prime Plaza Suites. We loved the large 2 bed apartment for our 3 young kids. The pool area was lovely. The only thing that lets it down is an inconvenient location as we like to head out a lot. Overall a fantastic experience.
