"Raramente me excedem as expectativas, mas este foi um caso que desde o checkin, a todas as indicações e sugestões, pequeno-almoço, piscina/spa, upgrade do quarto, cuidado com o meu cão que foi super bem vindo até ao checkout; correu tudo super bem, tanto que convidei os meus pais a passarem também lá uma noite e foram de Lisboa de propósito, antecipando o fim de semana um dia."

"I have stayed in this hotel before and it’s my go to place when I just want a quiet couple of days away. The rooms are old fashioned and lovely, the restaurant is very good and there’s a nice bar. The area offers lovely countryside and places to explore and the hotel pool is very nice if you just want relax and read a book. "

"Spa-Bereich ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das Angebot könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Außenanlagen sind gut gepflegt und bieten ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer (ist natürlich geschmacksache) sind sehr dunkel gehalten. Das Personal und insbesondere die Küche waren super. "

"A fine place to stay, but it’s PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed."

"Excelente estadia. Ficamos apenas uma noite mas fomos ao Golden rock e aproveitamos todas as piscinas interiores ao máximo. Adoramos! Fizemos também uma massagem a 2 boa também. O pequeno almoço é muito variado e bom. Jantar no alambique, apesar de não ser barato aconselha-se .. as doses são enormes e tudo muito saboroso. Enfim já se nota que recomendo uma estadia neste sítio :)"
