"The apartment was very functional, clean and well presented. I just struggle with the doors all being on closer chains which can be irritating (I understand its a building regulations requirement - but frustrating nevertheless). to traverse round the flat, I had to wedge the bathroom and bedroom doors open. Small quirk tho - evrything else was good and the location is very convenient for The Bullring where i was working about 100 yards away."

"Best apartment I’ve stayed in. If they are all in the same condition as no. 126 then it’s a great spot. A genuine home from home (with an adequate but smaller telly) in a great location with excellent facilities and very good value for money. Everything was clean, everything you needed was there and all the tech worked. Very good. "

"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "

"Been some time since we stayed at this hotel. Still a good option as a central location. However the hotel is a little tired. Rooms however clean and comfortable and a great shower. Breakfast was ok. Basic. Orange juice worst I have ever had, poor squash at best."

"This is a very smart hotel which is kept clean and tidy. It has a very nice bar, a restaurant and leisure club. I only used the bar but did eat there - the menu is very limited but fine for a bar.
