"My husband and I initially booked our stay for about 3-4 days, but once we got there, my husband hurt his back and we extended our stay. The staff definitely went over and beyond to take care of us. We requested a 3-day treatment from the male massage therapist on staff - which helped my husband immensely. On top of it, we requested the staff for a doctor, who prescribed medicine for my husband, which the staff went and got for us. They checked on us and inquired about his back every single time...

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful especially as we arrived so late. They arranged transport from the airport and recommended places to eat as the hotel has no restaurent. "I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork.
