Worth using for sure

Good location for Ernakulam town station, good air conditioning and nice little roof top pool. Lots of places to eat nearby but we also used hotels restaurant which was v good and cheap too. Wi-Fi hit n miss but ok. Rooms getting tired but comfortable bed and helpful staff.

Close to a metro station which made the street very busy but convenient in using uber. No bar facilities in Hotel, but dining was good.

Last-minute, cost-effective solution.

I had to book a last-minute overnight stay because of a flight change. There were few available hotels for one night within an hour's Uber ride. This one seemed ok.

Room and hotel are great, breakfast service is weak. 3 Austin in a row, cold porridge, burner not working properly. They keep using the same dirty placemats from guest to guest, gross.

Great with rooftop pool

We were really pleased, some reviews were bad, unsure why but for us it was great. Check in really helpful, big clean room with v comfortable bed, good air con kettle and tea/coffee. Small rooftop pool but great to cool down and swim some lengths. Good breakfast choice of Indian or eggs as omelette or scrambled, brown bread 👍 nice coffee plus cereals we were very pleased with it. Is only 4 minute flat walk to Ernakulam town station. There’s a hotel with bar for beer 5 mins away and plenty of Indian and western style restaurants nearby. We are booked to stay again when we get back as so pleased with it, for the price it’s great. Only downside is patchy Wi-Fi

The pool area was filthy, poor internet connection, I had to ask for for room to be cleaned, surrounded by local hostels, garbage everywhere and when I asked for a late checkout on departure the manger was going to charge me for an extra day. However he reversed his intentions if I gave a favorable review of google.

Die Bäder in dem Hotel sind leider schon sehr alt und der Rand des Waschbeckens ist dreckig gewesen. Die Liegestühle am Pool sind defekt. Das Essen ist an sich sehr lecker allerdings für Europäer etwas zu scharf. Aber der Pool ist ein riesen Pluspunkt. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Hotel. Das Team war sehr gut und hat alles möglich gemacht. Die Zimmer waren leider etwas hellhörig. Neben dem indischen Frühstück wurden auch Toast und Omeletts angeboten.

Great hotel

Really nice hotel staff great especially Arun in restaurant & vipin was very helpful overall. Rooms well equipped and cleaned daily. Pool area was nice although small however, this wasn’t cleaned and the flooring around pool was dirty. It’s more of a conference/business hotel rather than a holiday but then the area wasn’t a tourist region but ideally situated for exploring the non tourist regions. Very close to metro station, train station and a short tut tut ride to ferry to fort kochi.

When we initially checked in staff were great, however when the days passed I noted the following: i. I went to eatopia around 12pm, no staff were there, i went and told front reception. One of the girls told me to wait someone will come, but noone came. I went to the front and saw the girl chatting away with other staff. Was absolutely pissed off, ended up going to Fatayer restaurant near the hotel, which had absolutely delicious food. Ii. We checked out at 5.30am, we were carrying quiete heavy luggages, and noone helped us carry it out to the taxi, the security guard came over and helped us. The reception guy was cold and didn't bother to help. Based on the above experiences, we will not likely come back here, they need to improve the service, especially the front reception staff who are very cold and don't know basic manners. I have to give good marks to the cleaning staff, they did an absolute great job and were very friendly unlike the front receotion staff. We also dealt with Vipin, who was really great but went on leave during our stay. Don't think we will be coming back here again.

Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Breakfasts were delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hookah lounge upstairs is nice and the pool setup is cool. I came back for fun after finding out about this hotel by staying here on a work trip. Best hotel I have found for the price.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help and answer your questions. They went out of their way to help arrange transport for days we wished to travel further afield and explore. They even provided us with a wireless dongle so that we could access the internet during our stay, free of charge. Continental breakfast was very limited and predominant choices were curry/Indian based. Little choice or variations for other cultures. Pool is lovely and on the roof, but again difficult to spend any real amount of time around the pool as no access to drinks, therefore hard to have a chilled and relaxing day at the pool. Rooftop terrace looks lovely but during our stay it was not open. This would have been a lovely area to sit during the evenings. Hotel does not serve alcohol, so had to access other hotels in the evening if you wanted a glass of wine or beer with your evening meal.

Good choice

Nice location (5 min from metro). Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and modern room and structure. The room is big, comfortable, but WiFi is unstable sometimes. The bathroom gets a bit wet because of the shower. Overerall I think was very good
