"great hotel and location"

"Great location. Great staff and comfortable room. No upgrade offered although rooms available during stay. Requested but ignored. Stop promoting a false “benefit”.that is not honored. "

"Property was amazing very upscale and elegant. Only a hand a couple of the staff members were friendly and nice or ther ones were very rude and sarcastic not wanting to help. Aside from that the property is located in the center of the main square."

"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. "Kylpyhuone olisi pientä kohentamista vajaa, tämän tasoisessa hotellissa pitäisi siivouksen ja huollon toimia hieman paremmin yhteen. Kylpyhuone oli sinänsä upea monipuolisilla fasiliteeteillä mutta pientä säätöä vailla. Esim. tilavan kylpyammeen pohjatulppaa ei saanut auki muuten kuin kaivamalla se kokonaan ylös (nostolaite ei toiminut). Ammeen seinällä ollut ritilähylly retkotti löysällä kuin olisi putoamassa. Pystysuihkutilan lasiovi oli jäykkä ja suorastaa paukahteli kun sitä liikutti....
