"This hotel is located in an extremely vibrant area, and at the top of Porto’s hills, it is a walk down the hill to see attractions. The area was surrounded by restaurants,bars and nightlife that during the day are not obvious. . The room did not supply tissues or conditioner and the room cleaning was not completed until after 4 pm when we actually had to request it. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate size. We were given a welcome drink which was good."

"Ich habe dieses Hostel zum zweiten Mal besucht und ich muss sagen von der Lage ist es wirklich sehr gut. Dieses Mal war ich in einem 8er Zimmer und dieses war deutlich größer und praktischer als das 4er Zimmer. Jedoch wurde das Bad bzw. die Dusche nicht sauber gemacht und das sollte geändert werden! "

"Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace. "

"The young staff are very friendly and all speaks fluent English. They highlighted a local map to help us get oriented. They circled their personal favorites as well. The dining hall was so tastefully furnished to preserve the local tradition and the backyard was so peaceful. Highly recommended!"

"The original room we were put in, the AC unit wasn’t working, the staff quickly moved us to another room which was nice as well. They made sure we were taken care of, very nice place to stay."

"Two night stay as part of a six night Porto visit. Room was pleasant and bed very comfy. Issue with unstable hot water in shower ~ too hot and difficult to control. Also breakfast limited choice rather basic. "
