"Good but needs some improvements for guest comfort and health safety. Air conditioners were not working at the entertainment lounge, and in the suite room I had the air conditioner only worked with the key card inserted into the slot. On entry the room was muggy hot and humid. Dining staff did not understand how to not cross contaminate food items for my wife's severe allergies to seafood and pineapple (kept trying to use same serving tongs with different foods) "

"Very cozy room with a balcony that we really loved. Food that was served was ok. And the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Irman for taking care of us. Unfortunately for us is that the activities they offer are very expensive. Specially compared to other islands in Indonesia. But this phenomenon was in raja ampat in general. Not just our resort. "Amazing stay! The hotel has a pier just a few meters away from a beautiful choral reef, we saw turtles, baby sharks, cuttlefish and many other fishes. The restaurant is by the mangrove and serves delicious local food. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable with aircon 24hrs (a privilege in Raja Ampat). Last but not least, the staff and owners were very helpful in any way they could, whatever doubt or issue we had they help us to solve it like we were family. Really very recommended! "

"The staff were amazing!! Helped me find personal orchid hunting guide and came with me on the Blue River trip. My trip would not have been as fun without them. Ewdeng was a wonderful host!! She made special efforts so I would feel at home"

"Super hyggeligt hotel med den mest vidunderlige beliggenhed, roligt of fredeligt. Dog virker det som om hotellet ikke rigtig er vågnet op efter Corona. Kun begrænset betjening i receptionen og kun meget begrænset engelsk kundskaber. Buffetten lidt pudsig og et lille og halvforkølet udvalg. Men smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Værelset meget middelmådigt. Dog med gratis vand, kaffe/te faciliteter og air conditioning."

"This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice."

"I’m sorry I’m from the west where things are very different. The one small cafe in the lobby has no service and people chain smoking in it. Wanted to have a quick cocktail to watch sunset from rooftop and aside from beer which I just don’t like and soft drinks you have to buy an entire bottle of alcohol! I understand wine csn go bad but rum doesn’t! It’s a total Muslim thing. The lobby has a very rare red spotted ray in a bare tank with no space to move it’s horrific and how many divers come...

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"
