"This hotel is gorgeous. Owners take great pride in keeping the hotel clean and comfortable for their guests. I appreciated the bonsai trees and the work that goes into them. Beautiful! The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious and fresh. "

"I adored Windbell Villa, so much so that I am going back next year. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged trips and taxis for me. Really well located about 10 mins walk to the market. Wonderful to go back to after the slightly hectic life in Hoi an. Lovely pool area with papaya trees and other tropical trees. Amaaazing!! The rooms were beautiful with natural wood floors and furniture, can’t wait to go back. Thankyou for everything"

"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"The location is perfect -in the heart of old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff is the best in Vietnam. All of them. Most of our contact was with Max who would stop at nothing to help us and always with a smile. He took such good care of us, he had a driver meet us at the airport with a private car to take us to the hotel, he also booked us tours to Ha Long bay & Sapa that were fantastic..! The daily breakfast included daily was very delicious too.... I truly believe that the Royal Palace Hotel and their amazing staff helped to make our trip the best! I wish I could take the staff of the Royal Palace home with me and employ them all!! Thank you! "

"i stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. From service to locatio to cleanliness is impeccable. i recommend and will be coming back to stay here soon. Lastly, the service offered by manager nhung nina nguyen was amazing. she resolved all or any issues with courtest and much appreciated professionalism. "
