"The hotel lobby was nice. The bar was nice. I never got to the pool. Our first night it took us several hours to get service at the restaurant. Seriously understaffed with untrained help. But they still charged us €70 for the meal. The soup was good but not that good! I must have hit my head 2 or 3 times a day in the room - it had a low ceiling! Great central location for haupfbahnhof!"

"Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."

"O quarto é muito bom. O banheiro é excelente. Tudo muito limpo. Não tem frigobar. A cama de casal deveria ser maior. A piscina e a sauna são muito boas. O café da manhã é excelente. "Hotel is in a bad neighborhood but overall service and comfort is ok. Close to main train station. Close to city center but be aware that you need to walk in a bad neighborhood to get those. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in was really really slow. Staff were helpful."

"Likes: Right in front of Munich Train Station, access to lots of shops, restaurants and near Marien Platz, has a restaurant and bar. Room is bigger than most Europe rooms. Excellent water pressure and shower. Dislikes: Dirty area as its in front of a train station, hallways are a bit dark, ac not working or weak (good luck in summer) and price is higher than average. Overall, I think its an ok hotel for the experience. My young adult kids loved the quirkiness of the hotel and thats the vibe of...
