"Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed...

"Superbe hôtel de 70 suites seulement, toutes récentes et superbes. Accueil personnalisé exceptionnel. Excellente animation musicale jazz le soir. Seuls le bar manque vraiment de chaleur et de tapas apéro, le dîner est vraiment trop cher pour un buffet, et un employé de piscine a vraiment été inconvenant."

"Das Hotel liegt ca 40 min zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt, aber direkt über die Straße ist der sehr gepflegte Sandstrand. Das Hotel besticht durch eine sehr schöne Ausstattung, Pools und extrem freundliches Personal. Ebenfalls ist das Frühstück außergewöhnlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. "L’hôtel en lui-même et tous les services ont été parfait. Le petit. Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. "Vi hade ett helt fantastiskt rum, stort med utsikt mot havet. Servicen och bemötandet av personalen var perfekt. Det var andra gången vi besökte hotellet, med några års mellanrum, och vi blev ännu nöjdare denna gång. Enda negativa var en del störande trafik. "

"My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it."

"1 uke i oktober. Fikk fint vær. Hotell med veldig god service til alle døgnets tider, enten det var resepsjon, renhold eller vakt. Fikk et greit rom med daglig påfyll av vann og tilbud om renhold hver dag. Kort vei til Strand og fri tilgang til strandstoler samt Strandhåndkle. God frokost og grei middag. Likevel kjekt å spise middag andre steder også. Et rolig sted på tampen av sesongen. Godt utgangspunkt for utflukter."

"Nach dem Wechsel in ein anderes 5*Hotel ist die Qualität des Rethymno Palace noch deutlicher geworden. Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr strukturiert die Arbeitsweise des erfahrenen Personals. Nicht nur Aushilfen oder Schüler:innen beschäftigt, sondern auch motivierte ältere Mitarbeiter. Sicherheitspersonal vorhanden. Wir empfanden es als ruhiges Hotel. Zwei mal die Woche kretischer Abend. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall."

"What a lovely break - we haven’t been on holiday in over 4 years.. this was the perfect one back! It was super relaxing, the all inclusive food was always interesting and had a large range to choose from. The staff (especially in the restaurant) where wonderful I believe his name was Sofkolis (apologies if wrong) was a star, he already knew what drinks we wanted as we were arriving. A lovely place for a relaxing break!"
