"Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service. Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément. "

"This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. "I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot. "

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

"Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all "
