"Cet hôtel devrait être non fumeur, dommage de constater la fumée de cigarettes dans le hall d’entrée surtout en début de soirée. Sinon le personnel est formidable et aidant, l’hôtel est implacable et propre y compris la piscine, sauna, … ainsi que le personnel de cette section, Houcine. Un grand merci aux membres de sécurité durant la nuit qui m’ont aidé à trouver un endroit pour un meeting outre atlantique. Merci à toutes et à tous."

"Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant."
