Excellent séjour au Marriott de Constantine. Accueil, amabilité, propreté et efficacité. Hôtel en retrait du centre ville qui offre un magnifique panorama. C'est sûr c'est désormais notre destination sur Constantine.

Hôtel où nous avons l’habitude de séjourner assez souvent. Mais je trouve qu’il se dégrade. Lors de notre séjour avec 40degres en plein mois de juin piscine extérieur indisponible et cela n’était pas indiqué avant notre réservation. Le room service laisse à désirer sans compter les problème dans les chambres. Il devrait revoir la gestion de l’hôtel

Cet hôtel devrait être non fumeur, dommage de constater la fumée de cigarettes dans le hall d’entrée surtout en début de soirée. Sinon le personnel est formidable et aidant, l’hôtel est implacable et propre y compris la piscine, sauna, … ainsi que le personnel de cette section, Houcine. Un grand merci aux membres de sécurité durant la nuit qui m’ont aidé à trouver un endroit pour un meeting outre atlantique. Merci à toutes et à tous.

Our stay at Marriott was exceptional and beyond amazing ! We loved the spa and hammam we also were surprised by the service especially the jacuzzi, they managed to put flowers all over the floor, it was so thoughtful and cute. We loved it over all.

Alors pour commencer nous avons eu un problème avec le diner le soir de notre arriver , nous sommes monter au restaurant a la carte dans l'hotel vers 22h20 et on nous a informer que le restaurant n'a plus de bouffe et qu'on aurait dû faire jne Réservation chose que nous n'avons pas eu de la part des réceptionniste, et puis nous sommes monté dans nos chambre afin de passer une commande Room service , et surprise avec la facture que nous avons eu les prix ne sont pas les même que sur la carte qui nous a été donner dans notre chambre le gars qui nous a livrer nous a demander de le payer sur place en liquide chose que nous avons effectuer mais ils nous a dit qu'il n'avez pas de l'argent pour nous rendre notre.monnaie donc il a dit de revenir pour nous rendre la.monnaie on est rester l'attendre pendant 1h30 et personne n'est venue jusqu'à ce que nous prenons l'initiative de descendre a la reception pour reclamer notre monnaie , il s'avére que la personne qui nous a livrer a terminer son service et qu'il est rentrer chez lui !!!!!!! Le lendemain on se reveil le matin afin de pouvoir allez déjeuner et bim pas de machine a café ( la machine est abîmé ça ne fonctionne pas donc pas de café on a demander un café on est rester plus de 30 min et personne n'est venue Le jour de notre check out nous avons demander la différence entre la facture qu'on a payer pour le room service concernant le diner on nous a dit que ce n'est pas possible Le service est nulle et je n'irais plus

Nice, clean Hotel. Food (lunch, dinner) very good. Breakfast - not so good... Good service. Payment via credit card takes some time, prepare Yourself for that while doing check out.

The hotel lobby was really nice and the reciption staff helpful and friendly, room was nice abd bed comfy, quiet had good sleep. My only problem with the room service and breakfast restaurant, the food was so bad that I couldn't eat it,after I ordered the burger on the next day they burned the bread, inducating a very poor management, I could eat in a normal restaurant with very lower price and get the best burger, breakfast was very limited , where people smoke around you and bugs everywhere, bread is so hard as a rock, they don't know how to cook eggs, this was a joke to me these people hired either he is his relatives with benefits or he can't taste the food. 5 star hotel and they dont know how to make coffee lattee, this was another joke, last day during my third night stay thier was an event and they tagged tables for those guest, i set in a table away from this ones and yet the lady who work thier she was unproffisional acting like she own the resturant and she was rude and asked me to change my table, another extremly poor managemnt, no one watching them, what will happened when you bring a monkey and put him in a place without supervision he will start making a mess.

Séjour dans l'ensemble agréable, les infrastructures sont convenables et du standing d'un Marriot. De façon générale je recommande cet établissement pour un séjour et famille ou business. Le service et l'accueil sont irréprochables. Quelques points d'améliorations (dans les détails) sont tout de même à mettre en évidence lorsque l'on a affaire à un 5 étoiles.
