"The location of this property is exceptional, literally in the middle of all main venues in Rome (except the Vatican, which is across the river). The reception and supportive instruction upon arrival was perfect. Small grocery store 100 feet from the property. A dozen restaurants within blocks. Kept the apartment for a full week and did a day trip to Tuscany and a two day trip to Sorrento and Capri. "Perfect location, beautiful apartment, great amenities. I was afraid to use the stove based on previous reviews where alarms were going off at night - there was a large sign on the stove warning against setting off the fire alarm - that it would result in a fine. Still, the kitchen is perfect for simple meal prep and grocery store downstairs is fully stocked."

"During spring time the smell of flowers is amazing Very quiet please at night, 1 block away from the Plaza San Pedro, restaurants and small convinces stores across the street. Safe and clean."

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"Vino e Oli is an excellent property. The apartment was comfortably furnished (full size shower!) plus the benefit of an elevator. The neighborhood is quaint and very walkable to the Vatican City. Many good restaurant options nearby. Asietta was very helpful and friendly. She arranged for transportation and was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property, and will be staying there again if ever in Rome."
