"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"This was a lovely hotel. Great location (literally steps away from public transit and grocery stores) with a nice garden out front. The room was nicely furnished and had a handy microwave and fridge. The hotel also had a laundry room. The only thing stopping this hotel from getting a 4 star was the shower. The shower could not maintain a constant temperature and would fluctuate constantly from freezing cold to scorching hot without touching the controls. "

"ไม่ได้เข้าพักโรงแรมนี้ เพราะทางที่พักแจ้งว่าห้องเต็มและทำการเปลี่ยนโรงแรมให้ไปพักที่อื่น แต่ไม่มีการประสานงานที่ดีรวมทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ เลิกทำงานเวลา 18:00 นทำให้เมื่อมาถึงโรงแรมไม่สามารถเข้าที่พักได้และติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ในส่วนของโรงแรมที่เปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ได้ ซึ่งก็วุ่นวายพอสมควร โทรไปถามเจ้าหน้าที่ตามเบอร์โทรเจ้าหน้าที่ก็บอกว่าไม่เจอ Booking Number และดูเหมือนไม่สนใจ ท้ายที่สุดต้องเดินหาโรงแรมตามแผนที่ด้วยตัวเอง แต่โรงแรมที่เปลี่ยนให้สภาพก็ดูโอเค เพียงแต่อยู่ห่างจากที่นี่ประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร"

O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. Achei estranho que o lixeiro da cozinha estava quase cheio quando chegamos...nao sei se foi falha ou qual seria o...
