"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. "Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum.
