Fantastic hotel.

The hotel is amazing and everything from clean to very good service and very good selection of foods. Especially the dinner restaurants. Staff are so friendly and will do anything for you. It’s my second visit and can’t wait to go again.

The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination.

Rooms were nice , and clean! We had an issue with a clogged sink called the front desk and they addressed it immediately! We didn't get to try any of the 8 restaurants on property but food options at the buffet were always delish! Staff was excellent, welcoming and attentive! Zizo showed us to our room and made sure that we were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer but would definitely stay again!!

The Resort theme is two large pools in a court yard surrounded by blocks of apartments. Makes a safe lounging and entertainment area. Thrre was plenty entertainment.

Amazing hotel, great food and lots of choices for a la carte as well as the buffet. Heated pool which was great for December holiday. Easy access to the private beach. Service was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Executive suite which was very spacious and on ground floor so direct access to the beach. Only critisicm would be that the room especially living area is a bit dark so would recommend the hotel adds brighter side lights. Other than that everything was perfect!

Hotel clean with hot and clean swimming pool. Staff is friendly, room size is OK but only the 3rd bed was bad as my 13 years son got a camp bed. Access to all restaurant in 2 complex was nice also. Main bar in lobby was best one (very friendly and very good cocktail, the worst bar was the one to the beach (very unfriendly man...). The family got a good time. This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking distance, it is clean and has a boardwalk to take you to the snorkeling area. The resort has an app that you can use to book dinner, check the daily program and order room service or report a room fault. We loved the food, the buffet has a wide choice of warm and cold options, and the a la Carte restaurants are also very good quality.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palace resort. Amazing service. Everyone there was cheerful and polite. Stand out were Mahmoud at the pool who was always helpful with finding us sunbeds, Emad at reception helped with booking one of the 4 a la carte restaurants when it was already fully booked. The hotel organised our trek to Cairo and Giza to see the Pyramids with a much better price than on line. Thomas was our driver and guide and was brilliant all day. The trip is not for the faint hearted (7 hrs there and 5 hrs drive back), but a great adventure. They have a heated outside pool as we had a couple of windy days which even though the temperature was in high 20s made swimming more enjoyable. All in all it was a memorable holiday.

Excellent Hotel even better staff

Excellent Hotel, fabulously clean, brilliant facilities and amazingly friendly staff. Rooms - very clean, Beds comfy but Air Con was very loud Food is as to be expected at an all inclusive, good selection each day but can get repetitive. Lot of options to eat in other restaurants too though, and there is snack bars at lunch etc The Alcohol is shocking, if you intend on drinking lot this is not the hotel for you. Gym - Best i've had access to at a hotel abroad Water Slides (easy access to other hotel) - Brilliant, Kids absolutely loved them too. Pool and Beach - Brilliant Entertainment - As to be expected. Ends at 11pm but is very loud, especially the 'Pool Party' - If you like an early night or have young kids, would suggest asking for a room further away and closer to the beach. I'm not someone to really return to any location more than once, but entire family agreed we'd happily come back here.

Nice hotel but needs big refurbishment, the room was in need of several repairs. When we checked in the reception staff were rude and didnt even smile. Restaurant staff were great, always smiley and helpful. It Was difficult to get served at the swim up pool bar as they were always too busy chatting to each other and ignored you. We also noticed that the well used plastic cups were just rinsed and used again!!! Other people we spoke to also felt this way so used the other pool bar who were always happy and served you straight away.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. We loved the different included dining options (buffets and a la carte restaurants) with our all-inclusive package. Service was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant, even gave us late check out and use of all the facilities/restaurants after check out while waiting for our taxi. One heated pool, towel service, amazing beach with a board walk and great snorkeling spot. Activities and shows organized during the day and evening. We loved the parade! Gym was well equipped with cardio and weights/resistance machines , had even a squat rack, smith machine and stair master. Towels available and locker room had showers. Lots of activities and excursions available to purchase such as horse riding, desert quad ride, snorkeling and visiting Orange beach, where the sea water is comparable to that of Bahamas. Highly recommended.

I was there for Xmas and New year, long stay. The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping is 10 out of 10 👍. The food...simply superb. Very balanced offering. From traditional Arab food, to all very well known European dishes. It is simply impossible not to find something for every taste and diet. Services provided from all the staff at the hotel are excellent. The only thing that needs to be looked (in my opinion) is the fact that everyone is constantly on the mobiles. They carry a plate in one hand and mobile phone in the other. Come on guys, leave the phone in your pocket when you serve your customers. Gym: Very clean and very well equipped WIFI: This deserves special mentioning... EXCELLENT. The cover in the hotel and the surrounding grounds is superb. Even on the beach you have WIFI cover. No need for expensive phone calls. WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger all of them working as they should. All in all, fantastic place for a holiday.
