"The hotel is new and looks very modern, it is clean but the room is small but we have mountain views which is the best Overall it is good but the only thing I don’t like is it took forever before they return the $250 damage deposit compared with the other hotels that it takes only 2 days "

"This was our first time staying at Falcon Crest and I was pleasantly surprised. We received a complimentary upgrade at check in, which was appreciated. The room was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet throughout the night. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to grab some food and drinks (Bridgette Bar and Tank310). I’d stay here again for sure! "

"Amazing property, views were fantastic, I loved the outdoor pool & yoga class; staff was incredibly helpful; didn’t need to spend $ on food because the Gold Experience Lounge provides breakfast & snacks at dinner time (which is more like a good quality buffet); fireplace in room nice touch."

"Quiet area with low traffic. However, I was woken up 700am one morning as they dragged the big blue metal recycling out of the garage for pickup. This was supposed to be my only sleep in day, lol. Very very loud wakeup call! Don't get the room next to the garage. Otherwise, I would say the stay was as expected with nice facility and staff. It was a 1 bedroom condo style room with descent hide a bed, nice kitchen and eating area, and good washer and dryer."

"The hotel and surrounding area are beautiful. It is pricey, probably a little overpriced. That being said, the service and facility were impeccable.
