I did however really miss water bottles (I’ve never been to a hotel anywhere in the world who didn’t offer water bottles???) the cafeteria was closed so I had to find a store to buy water first thing when we arrived and not forget to buy water and bring it back to the hotel every day. This is a very basic need and it’s puzzling to me that the hotel didn’t even offer water bottles to buy from a machine or even a fountain to...

"Great location. Friendly and good staff. Bathroom is tiny. The sink is like a guest toilet half sink. Could be better designed to use the space. They only serviced the room once in 6 days and you HAVE to book that service. I don't think that's acceptable when you have a family of 4 sharing a room. There's no provision at all to hang 4 towels to dry so you end up drying off the next day with a slightly damp towel. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel but I guess it was ok value for what it was. "

"Very good location, subway on same block, room was comfortable and clean. Biggest issue was a broken elevator, there’s only 2 in total, so long waits. I believe the elevator had been out for at least a week."
